For more than twenty-five years Mr. Nebiyu (Neb) Getachew has dedicated his career to connecting U.S. strategic partners to International projects within emerging countries, as a director of major global business development and international affairs.

As Chief Executive Officer of Polaris, his professional mission is to consistently foster international business focused on job creation and economic growth. He offers critical early stages implementation such as feasibility studies and formation of strategic fiduciary advisors to secure and execute successful bankable projects.

Mr. Getachew operates within the highest levels of government to create private-public partnerships to bring forward the best of both entities and streamline the success of sustainability projects.

Understanding all facets of business enterprise, Mr. Getachew achieves measurable and sustainable improvements in each organization where he plays a part. His executive-level roles include financial management, inventory and resource optimization and strategic opportunity assessment and development. Enhancing his business skills is hands-on experience developing business opportunities between entities in the United States and African countries, namely Ethiopia where he has been directly involved in facilitating complex infrastructure transactions which benefit the energy, agricultural and mining sectors for Ethiopia and other sovereign states throughout the continent.

Mr. Getachew is also the Managing Partner – International for Greencomm Technologies, LLC. At GreenComm, he is responsible for oversight of all initiatives throughout Africa and the Middle East.

Warren A. Negri, Jr.
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Negri has been an executive in the financial services industry, holding senior-level leadership positions with internationally respected insurance and financial institutions for over 30 years.

His expertise has enabled him to develop teams, processes and systems to produce exceptional performance results in sales (both vertical and horizontal markets).

His success with sales production teams has enabled him to build an exceptional track record in personnel selection, on-boarding, training, development and professional performance.

Mr. Negri is currently a trustee of the University of Rhode Island Foundation. He serves on the Advisory Board of the First Virginia Community Bank, along with senior leadership roles with local charities in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

Peter Demitry, MD, MPH
Senior Executive Vice President

Peter Demitry, MD, MPH is currently the executive director at the National Foundation for Integrative Medicine (www.nfim.org) which focuses comprehensive programs for patients, providers, researchers and veterans who share the focus on returning to health versus health care. Peter is the only Test Pilot physician in Air Force history. He enjoys the distinction of being the first Air Force Assistant Surgeon General for Modernization where he was the Air Force Medical Service’s Chief Information and Chief Technology officer for a $6B global health care system. He is a 1978 United States Air Force Academy ‘Honor’ graduate, and frequent ‘Top Gun’ / Distinguished Graduate from several flight training programs and a Distinguished Graduate from the AF’s Flight Surgeon Course.

Today, Pete continues to contribute by volunteering at the IOM’s (Institute of Medicine) on various committees regarding the ethics and guidelines for health standards for long duration and exploration space flights as a standing member of the CAMMEE committee supporting NASA flight operations. He has been instrumental in starting 501(c) 3 foundations for traumatic brain injury (TBI) and integrative medicine having transitioned specialized neuro-imagery technology to the Dept. of Defense that can finally make the invisible TBI injury finally visible via FDA cleared technologies.

Dr. Demitry provides access to an extensive network of financial and other resources for Polaris.

Chang Buk Sung, P. Eng.
CEO, Asia Division

Mr. CHANG Buk Sung, P. Eng. is a proven leader with more than 30 years’ experience as a Chief Executive Officer for a Fortune 500 company as a Distributor of Hyundai Motors, Commercial Vehicle Distribution. Mr. Chang was responsible for global procurement and distribution of large-scale commercial vehicles contracts.  Mr. Chang has also co-founded, a company which provides affordable prefabricated and pre-cast housing to support remote regions throughout Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Chang has co-founded, and International Education and Cultural Centre focused on Education and Vocational skills for African students throughout the continent. Currently Mr. Chang holds an esteemed role within Polaris as Chief Executive Officer for the Asia Division and will bring his servant leadership to accomplish Polaris corporate vision. Mr. Chang will serve as a Korean Government Liaison and will contribute in the fields of Project Development globally, alternative funding and works with strong strategic partners such as Hyundai, SK, GS, POSCO. He has achieved balance in his life as he earned his 3^rd Degree Black Belt in Martial Art.

Getachew is Ethiopian born British citizen residing in London. He has vast experience in leadership and entrepreneurial skills. 

His mission and vision is to bring state of the art technologies, know- how and advanced modern value chain to Africa.

Teresa Robinson
Vice President of Marketing and Business Strategies

Teresa has owned and operated Expedited Logistic Inc., a logistics and supply chain management and transportation services firm which successfully serviced high caliber Top Fortune 500 companies including, Proctor and Gamble. As a corporate owner/president of her own firm and consultant/employee of several others, Teresa has developed a proven track record for creative problem solving and process/project management.

She has a successful track record in the management and oversight of high-level complex projects. Teresa is a skilled project manager, extremely experienced and successful at balancing critical priorities such as; budget, timeline, milestones, and issues.

Additionally, Teresa brings extensive experience in marketing, customer and strategic relationship management as well as, international business development.

Emmanuel Mekuria
Vice President of Global Business Development

For the past ten years, Mr. Mekuria has consulted primarily for the government and industry sectors in key countries throughout Africa.

As a business development consultant and former corporate sales executive, Emmanuel brings strong analytical and research skills combined with market, client and project management expertise.

His professional strengths are business strategy, marketing, operations, technology, mergers & acquisitions across many industries and international markets.

Josua Hambabi
Director of South African and International Affairs

Mr. Josua Hambabi is a business development executive at Broadside Capital (Pty) Ltd, responsible for establishing private equity opportunities in and around the South African Development Countries. In addition, he oversees complex and high value projects from inception through their development and implementation phases. This skill in project analysis and oversight optimizes investment through strict adherence to budgets and best cost principles.

Through his extensive experience, Josua has mastered the core competencies of deal conceptualization and viability assessment and he has demonstrated accountability to various stakeholders responsible for deal success. His proven technical capabilities are valuable to Polaris and help distinguish us as a premier business solution entity.

Previously, Josua Hambabi was an Investment Director at Africa Rising Capital Investment (Pty) LTD. In that role, he conducted research on investment strategies and international assets, equities, fixed income and innovative corporate strategies.

Prior to working with Africa Rising Capital Investment, Mr. Hambabi served as Operations Manager at Lamu Mining & Explorations (Pty) LTD. As further proof of his versatility and broad base of knowledge, he is also a certified estate agent with over a decade of experience, and has a proven track record in investment management for ultra-high net worth clients and Governments.

Patrick Fennell
Director of Upstream Development

Mr. Fennell began his distinguished career in the upstream oils and gas industry in 1975 within the Mt. Isa region of Australia. A forward-thinking, native-born Australian whose entrepreneur spirit and expertise has been employed worldwide, Patrick has degrees and certifications in Petroleum Production & Technology, SCR Rig & Electrical, Platform Machinery, Well Control, Land and Platform Drilling, Multi-Stage Gas Compression, Directional Drilling and Fracking within the E&P sector. Patrick has mastered every facet of the upstream oil and gas industry. Understanding its importance to his native homeland of Queensland, he worked tirelessly to obtain Governmental permits and Native title through the Ministry of Mines, guiding the acquisition of two large blocks within the Queensland Territory. Residing within the United States for the past 35 years with a home in Midland Texas, Patrick is known as “the last of the true Wildcatters”. He is a visionary and recognized early the impact natural gas would have within the Renewable Energy sector. Patrick will lead Polaris into global worldwide upstream exploration.
